Where are the products made?

Our products are designed by our creative team in Amsterdam and are fully handmade by our teams in India and Indonesia.

How quickly are orders processed?

We aim to ship within 1 to 3 days if the item is in stock. Should this not be possible for any reason, we will of course contact you as soon as possible. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment timeframe.

Can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay for your order with iDeal, Creditcard, Paypal, Bancontact, Bank Transfer and SEPA.

How do I know when a product is back in stock?

If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, you can join the waitlist.

Once the item is back in-stock you’ll receive a notification in your email.

We can also place a pre order for you for the items that are out of stock. Contact sales directly at sales@doing-goods.com.

I’ve received a faulty/ wrong item or damaged  item, what should I do?

If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item please contact us directly at help@doing-goods.com. Please send a clear photo of the item and your order number.
